An outage of the in-memory database caused partial unavailability of the Beedeez API, resulting in service disruption for end users.

API requests depending on cached data failed or timed out
Degraded performance and temporary unavailability of core features

Resolution

The database service was restarted and connectivity restored. Normal API operations resumed after recovery.
